Registration Deadlines
Effective February 18, 2012, all registrations will pay on-site rates.
Any registrations received after February 17, 2012 will pay on-site rates.
Registration Rate Schedule
Full Conference registration includes Leadership Day (Thursday), Friday, and Saturday. Leadership Day lunch is included in the cost of full conference registration.
Expo Hall fee entry is included with One Day, Two Days, Leadership Day and Full Conference registrations. You may purchase Expo Hall Only registration if you are not participating in workshops, but would like to visit the Expo Hall.
