MISSION

Vision
Contra Costa AEYC will be represented as a voice in all aspects of early childhood education i.e.:

  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Community Planning Council
  • Social Services
  • Leisure Services
  • Corporate Planning

All children will be safe from violence.

  • All children will have equal access to healthcare, childcare, and quality early childhood education.
  • All early childhood educators will have completed the master teacher level on the Matrix and all these teachers will receive a living wage for their work.

Mission
The Mission of the Contra Costa Association for the Education of Young Children is to promote and support quality programs for young children and to promote and support the training of professionals who serve young children.
