Vision
As the Westside affiliate of the most widely recognized organization for early childhood educators, our vision is to improve the quality of early education and care for each and every child in each and every setting where education is provided. From a child's first and most important teacher, his or her parents, to in home care, to the preschool, to the kindergarten, to Headstart, to elementary school, or to any other setting, children need and deserve the best of our attention, effort, and resources.
North Bay is a dynamic, culturally diverse and inclusive organization that actively seeks members in all roles and from all sectors of society where children are cared for and educated. Our Board of Directors is an accurate representation of our membership and constantly strives to develop early childhood leaders who will work to provide excellent education for all children from birth, to nine years of age.
